This Privacy Policy describes how Stream Strategies & Investments LLC (“Stream Strategies Group,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through streamstrategiesgroup.com and in the course of providing consulting and advisory services.

Information you submit through the consultation request form, including service interest, estimated engagement budget, primary objective, and consent selections. We also collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages visited.

Payment and transaction information

Where an engagement is entered into, we collect information necessary to administer billing and payment. Card payments and invoicing are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes payment-card details directly under its own terms and privacy policy; Stream Strategies does not store full payment-card numbers on its systems. Where a client is approved for an installment arrangement, Stripe may also process scheduled recurring payments the client has authorized.

Consultation and meeting information

Consultations and client sessions are conducted over Zoom. When you attend a session, Zoom processes information such as your name, email address, IP address, and connection details under Zoom’s own privacy terms. We do not record a session without telling you in advance and obtaining consent where required. Where a session is recorded, the recording is retained for approximately two years and then deleted.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function, and we may use basic analytics to understand how the site is used.

Information we do not seek

We do not ask you to submit sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not include government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or health information in website form submissions.

Client engagement files are retained for approximately seven years after the engagement ends.
Inquiries and contact-form submissions that do not result in an engagement are retained for approximately two years.
Recorded consultations, where a session is recorded with notice and consent, are retained for approximately two years.
Financial and payment records are retained in accordance with applicable accounting, tax, contractual, and legal requirements.

These periods may be extended where a longer retention period is required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute.
